Wish anyone luck staying at this joint!!!ġ. I literally can't make this up!!! All I have to say is there are better choices. Seven Star is a joke and not worth it! Trust me! The best part is I am a Seven Star, which you would figure would give you an edge-in theory of course. * Drink lady on the casino floor was cussing and saying how customers are 'cheap' and 'don't tip'. *Now have a phantom $28.10 charge on our card after checked out? * Last day, just before check out, we finally find a housekeeping staff, who gave us towels and soaps-2 hours before check out. Got someone from their call center in the Philippines. * Room was never serviced by housekeeping. * Go to the gift shop and the cashier just hands a bag and says: 'Here. * Check-in staff at the Diamond/Seven Star lounge seemed uninterested. Staff was very unprofessional, unfriendly, and was very unresponsive to say the least.
Just stayed at Planet Hollywood and we might as well slept on the street.
